THE WORKPLACE PROBLEM
The hard part is rarely knowing that a conversation needs to happen.
Managers often know the conversation needs to happen. The hard part is saying it clearly, handling pushback and leaving with a useful next step. CLEAR gives them a route through it, then lets them practise it in context.
A PRACTICAL ROUTE
Use CLEAR to stay grounded.
A simple route through a hard conversation.
Open the conversation without hiding the issue.
Listen properly and make room for new information.
Turn discussion into a practical next step.
Follow up instead of treating one conversation as the finish line.
PRACTISE BEFORE IT MATTERS
Two conversations. Real decisions.
Asha + Liam
Two late handovers are affecting another team. Learners practise opening clearly, handling defensiveness and agreeing a workable next step.
- Feedback after each decision
- Strong / Mixed / Risky coaching
- Believable information revealed as the conversation develops
Maya + Chris
Chris keeps interrupting colleagues and shutting down concerns. Learners make four scored decisions without coaching prompts and need 3 out of 4 to pass.
- Four decision points
- 75% pass mark
- Application rather than memory testing

Useful answers.
Can we buy just the LMS-ready course?
Yes. Choose the Ready-to-use SCORM option if you want to upload and deploy the course without editing the source.
Can we upgrade to the editable Storyline version later?
Yes. For the same course and purchasing organisation, we’ll credit the amount you paid for the SCORM version against the current Editable Storyline price. Contact us with your order number and we’ll arrange the upgrade.
Can we rebrand the course ourselves?
Yes. Choose the Editable Storyline option. It includes the source file and the ready-to-use SCORM package for your organisation.
How many employees can take the course?
There is no per-learner limit for internal use by the purchasing organisation.
Do we need a subscription or licence key?
No. This is a one-off purchase and there is no course activation key.
Can eLearnsy customise it for us?
Yes. Customisation starts from £399 / $529 for agreed branding, terminology and light-touch content changes delivered as a finished SCORM package. Larger content changes are quoted separately.
Can an agency use the source for multiple clients?
Not under the standard organisation licence. Contact eLearnsy for a commercial agency or developer licence.
