Scoped clearly. Quoted before work begins.
Start with the action. Then choose the interaction.
A policy, presentation or subject expert can tell us what people need to know. The design work is deciding what people need to do with it. We turn that into a clear learning journey, relevant practice and feedback that explains the consequences.
Shape the brief
Identify the audience, the decisions they face and the evidence of a useful outcome. Resolve gaps with your subject experts before building.
Build the experience
Develop the agreed storyboard and visual direction in Storyline or Rise. Use branching, demonstrations and assessment where they support the task.
Review and hand over
Work through the agreed review rounds, test the published course and provide source materials and publishing outputs within the project scope.
Storyline or Rise?
Storyline is a strong fit when a course needs custom slide layouts, branching decisions or interactions with detailed logic. Rise suits a flowing, responsive course structure. We choose the approach after understanding the task and the devices your learners use.
Storyline’s player adapts to a mobile screen while slide content keeps its aspect ratio. Rise content reflows. That difference matters when designing for small screens. Read Articulate’s explanation.
See the decisions in action.
Try Pause before you reply, an original Elearnsy portfolio scenario about a workplace conversation. Explore the choices and feedback to judge whether this approach fits your audience.
BEFORE WE START
A few practical questions.
Can you start from PowerPoint or documents?
Yes. Share the material you have, who it is for and what needs to change. We will agree what to retain, reshape or add before production.
What determines the quote?
Content readiness, interaction complexity, media, accessibility requirements, review rounds and publishing needs. The scope and quotation are agreed before the build begins.
Will our team be able to update it?
Editable source handover is part of the agreed project. Storyline editing requires the relevant authoring software; Rise handover arrangements are agreed around your team’s account and access.
A rough outline is enough to start.
Tell us what you have, who it is for and what needs to work better. We will review the outline and agree a sensible next step.
