A few things clients often need to know before deciding whether eLearnsy is the right fit.
Do we receive the Storyline source files?
Yes. Where source files form part of the agreed deliverables, you receive editable project files as well as the published LMS-ready package.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. Existing brand guidelines, templates and visual systems can be followed, or a suitable course direction can be developed from the materials you already have.
Can you publish for our LMS?
Yes. Storyline work can be prepared for common LMS standards and tested against the agreed completion and tracking requirements.
Can you repair a course somebody else built?
Yes. A project can focus on a specific Storyline, scoring, navigation, accessibility or LMS problem without rebuilding the whole course unnecessarily.
What if our content is not ready yet?
That is fine. A project can start from policies, presentations, workbooks, facilitator material, rough notes or an early learning problem.
How is accessibility handled?
Accessibility is considered throughout design and build. The exact testing and conformance requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.
How long does a project take?
It depends on length, content readiness, interaction complexity and review stages. Timing is agreed before work begins rather than estimated after the build is underway.
How are confidential materials handled?
Only the materials needed for the agreed work should be shared. Project content is treated confidentially and sensitive or personal information should be excluded unless specifically required and agreed.
